To avoid incurring a fee (and so that we can allocate your cancelled appointment to a patient) we require cancellations to be made at least 2 working days before your appointment.
Skin Essentials reserves the right to refuse any further appointments for patients that cancel/reschedule or fail to attend 3 appointments per calendar year.
Our online booking system requires some treatment types with standard fees to be pre-paid/ deposits to secure a booking. These appointments can be rescheduled up to 48hrs prior to the scheduled time without incurring a fee. Please contact us directly if you need to change your appointment with less than 48hrs notice.
Deposits and pre-paid treatments are non-refundable in the case of non-attendance or cancellation/rescheduling within 48hrs prior to the appointment.
We value our patients’ time as much as we value our own and will always do our best to run to schedule. If you are late to an appointment, it may not be possible to complete your consultation or treatment in the remaining time and you may be required to reschedule.
We also understand that life isn’t perfect so if you are running late, please do let us know and we shall do our best to accommodate your late arrival.

Skin Essentials will reopen the week beginning 11th October 2021.
Per NSW government regulations, only double vaccinated patients will be served when we reopen and we will be checking vaccination certificates for all patients upon booking. This requirement may change as of December 1st, and we will advise you accordingly.
Please email us (contact@skinessentials.com.au) or text us (0413174654) your vaccination certificate as soon after booking as you can. We will not be able to see anyone for treatments or confirm appointments without this.
In the interest of full disclosure, transparency and patient safety, all patient facing staff will be fully vaccinated by the time of reopening. Please read our reopening FAQ for more information.
