To avoid incurring a fee (and so that we can allocate your cancelled appointment to a patient) we require cancellations to be made at least 2 working days before your appointment.
Skin Essentials reserves the right to refuse any further appointments for patients that cancel/reschedule or fail to attend 3 appointments per calendar year.
Our online booking system requires some treatment types with standard fees to be pre-paid/ deposits to secure a booking. These appointments can be rescheduled up to 48hrs prior to the scheduled time without incurring a fee. Please contact us directly if you need to change your appointment with less than 48hrs notice.
Deposits and pre-paid treatments are non-refundable in the case of non-attendance or cancellation/rescheduling within 48hrs prior to the appointment.
We value our patients’ time as much as we value our own and will always do our best to run to schedule. If you are late to an appointment, it may not be possible to complete your consultation or treatment in the remaining time and you may be required to reschedule.
We also understand that life isn’t perfect so if you are running late, please do let us know and we shall do our best to accommodate your late arrival.

If you want a skin consultation, click the "Book Now" button on the website and select the "telehealth only" option on the booking form. To get started, we'll send you an appointment confirmation message where you can let us know about your skin care concerns and send us photos and videos.
If you want to purchase skin care products that you would normally purchase in clinic, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, tell us what you need and we'll get you taken care of.
