Am I suitable for an FFA?
A guide for prospective patients

Working on your own Full Face Aesthetics (FFA) approach with us, or what we refer to as our signature Proactive Ageing Triad takes a special kind of person.

Think of it as bootcamp for your face (and neck). If suitable, we work

  • To a timeline and deadline, usually 3-4 months to onboard the process over 4-5 appointments.
  • Stack treatments on top of each other during that timeframe to get you to final results
  • We work exclusively with each other; you agree, if chosen, not to work with anyone else during this timeframe.

If you are coming from interstate or some distance, we can expedite this process for you to save you on some travel.

Maintenance after this, if we are both happy to continue working together, will involve regular visits to maintain your results for years to come.

We play for keeps and value the longterm therapeutic relationship over clinic hopping or chasing fads and trends.

So how do you know if you might be suitable?

You may be suitable for our FFA if you meet all of the following conditions:

1. Visible Aging in Multiple Areas

You’re noticing changes in more than one part of your face, such as:

  • Volume loss (hollow cheeks, temples, or under eyes)
  • Wrinkles (forehead lines, crow’s feet, marionette lines)
  • Skin sagging (jawline softening, mild jowls)
  • Dull skin or rough texture; redness, pigmentation.

👉 If several signs of aging are
present, treating just one area won’t bring natural balance. What you see is only the tip of the iceberg.

2. Loss of Facial Harmony or Proportions

Your features feel less balanced or defined, for example:

  • Your lower face looks weaker compared to upper face
  • You look flatter in the cheeks or under the eyes, affecting your overall appearance or making you look sad or tired.
  • One area looks “done” while others look tired or untreated

👉 Our FFA aims to restore
overall facial balance, not just to fix isolated flaws. Often that involves treating areas that you may not even register as being problematic, but which contribute to the overall look that bothers you.

3. You Want Natural-Looking Results

If your goal is to look fresher and younger, not frozen, “done” or different, our FFA approach:

  • Softens signs of aging across your whole face
  • Enhances natural features
  • Avoids the “overdone” or “pillow face” look that comes from over-treating one area

4. You’re Looking for Long-Term plan for Proactive Ageing

You may already look good, but want to slow down the ageing process. You may value your appearance and want it to reflect how you feel on the inside.

Our FFA plan, using our triad, may help with:

  • Moderating lines and wrinkles that make you look mad, bad or sad.
  • Strategic volume replacement to maintain facial structure especially in animation
  • Skin maintenance and collagen induction over time to help maintain your results

5. You’ve Had Treatments Before That Seem Incomplete

If past treatments didn’t look quite right, it may be because:

  • You were ordering treatments off a menu based on your internet search
  • The options seem bewildering.
  • There was no comprehensive assessment to guide your concerns
  • There was no treatment plan to follow in coming weeks to months to attain your desired results
  • There’s a mismatch between treated and untreated zones because of the “ordering off a menu” approach

👉 Our FFA strategy corrects this by considering
your face as a whole system. We understand that it is not possible to treat one area without impacting other areas of the face.

6. You’re Ready for a Tailored, Comprehensive Plan

Rather than chasing symptoms, you’re open to:

  • Assessment-based planning (what your face actually needs) based on your concerns.
  • Gradual improvements over time and then a willingness to maintain your results for years to come.
  • Combination of treatments based on your concerns and what is needed at your consultation.

So, are you a candidate?

Yes, if:

  • You’ve noticed aging in more than one area
  • You want natural, subtle improvements
  • You’re open to a strategic, holistic plan (not just spot-fixing)
  • You want to age proactively, not drastically
  • You are realistic about what is possible
  • You are ok with bruising, swelling, lumps and bumps as part of the common side effects of aesthetic treatments and not someone prone to a lot of anxiety.
